Marketing Manager

 Responsibilities include: ​​

  • Dialog Health is looking for an inquisitive and self-starter Marketing Manager to join the marketing team 

  • Work with our Sales Op Team to outline client marketing and reporting opportunities from Case Studies to new client reports to DH Presentations

  • Work directly with Senior management on executing marketing activities and outreach

  • Work directly with product services on identifying and executing product marketing internal and external collateral

  • Develop best-practice marketing templates for scalability - reporting, case studies, testimonials, etc.

  • Track and report on web analytics and KPIs including new targeted traffic, new contact forms, and bounce-rates

  • Manage marketing creative assets, content database and project calendar, and deliverables with key stakeholders

  • Review Google Ads and other SEO performance and identify improvement opportunities

  • Manage DH outreach marketing including email campaigns, LI, trade shows, and collateral

  • Identifying branding, marketing, and sales opportunities with the technology and healthcare sectors

  • Creating and managing automation tools to increase proficiency

  • Creating and managing marketing projects and campaigns

  • Track toward key performance indicators (KPIs) for both sales and marketing

Qualifications: 

  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing and product marketing role

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, business, marketing, or related field

  • Self-starter who proactively finds the best solutions for the problem

  • Very organized, enjoy managing projects and streamlining the way things are done

  • You have 2+ years of experience managing and trafficking marketing work, ideally at a SAAS company or agency that worked with SAAS

  • You're a problem solver with strong communication skills

  • You are tech savvy with a creative flair (familiarity with Canva, Wix, or other creative tools is a huge bonus)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to ‘take charge’ and direct resources as needed

  • Team player mentality - strong collaborator while also having the ability to work independently

Associate Product Manager

 Responsibilities include: ​​

  • Dialog Health is looking for an inquisitive and self-starter Associate Product Manager to join the product team and support the development of the industry leading platform and its product innovation road map

  • Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning them with business goals

  • Preparing project status and risk management reports

  • Developing marketing strategies for enhanced product features

  • Reporting to the Product Manager and collaborating with the product development team

  • Monitoring and reporting on customer’s reactions after product launch

  • Liaise between Client Success, Sales and Product Teams

  • Conducting research for identifying market gaps and customer needs

  • Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers

  • Building a strategic product roadmap that fits in with the overall strategy of the department and the company

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role would be advantageous

Customer Success Associate   -  Current opening in our Franklin, Tennessee office

 

Dialog Health is an innovative mobile technology solutions platform.  We are currently seeking a Customer Success Associate to provide technical support for our clients.  This role will be critical in providing day-to-day support, training and product implementation.  It’s important that we find a strong communicator who is able to convey personality and helpfulness. Our ideal candidate is also a keen problem solver on the lookout to expand our product solutions where they may exist for our clients. 
 
Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor and manage customer support inquiries.  Using critical thinking to prioritize and escalate cases appropriately

  • Proactively monitor and maintain customer activity including exporting and reporting

  • Maintain customer service logs and analyze data for recurring issues, opportunities, and optimization and regularly communicate to team for continued to innovate platform

  • Implement and train customers on Dialog Health’s platform

  • Work with our clients to measure ROI and when appropriate create case studies

  • Develop strong training strategy to ensure strong results of platform

  • Measure productivity, customer satisfaction and service levels

  • Build and optimize tools and processes that effectively support our customers

 
About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 to 4 years of customer support experience in a software systems role, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Self-motivated trouble-shooter who fixes customer issues with a smile

Account Manager

 

 Responsibilities include: ​​

  • Responsibilities include identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and closing upsells and 2nd sales deals. 

  • Implement a Large Account Management sales process

  • Manage your sales pipeline in the CRM

  • 50% revenue growth within existing accounts

  • Work directly with the Director of Sales to manage top customers

  • Responsible for protecting revenue, driving utilization of product, and identifying additional selling opportunities

  • Serves as main point of contact for their dedicated customers

  • Responsible for up-selling current customers

  • Create plans and execute strategies for expanding business within top accounts

  • Turn new enterprise opportunities into expansion opportunities

We are looking for Sales Representatives to present and sell Dialog Health products in the following regions:

As part of our sales team, you’ll lead the charge to bring new clients on board and help create Dialog Health evangelists. Enterprise Account Executive

 

 Responsibilities include: ​​

  • Conduct lead generation through current client and prospect database

  • Responsible for up-selling current customers

  • Turn new enterprise opportunities into expansion opportunities

  • Manage client contracting process directly with company’s President

  • Manage internal sales growth through Use Case growth and new facility acquisition

  • Build strong internal partnerships with appropriate operational support teams

  • Coordinate and facilitate projects ensuring clients expectations are met
