We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and grow our B2B demand generation, brand positioning, thought-leadership, and customer marketing efforts. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in SaaS, understands healthcare dynamics, and can build and manage marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities
Growth & Demand Generation
Develop, execute, and optimize all B2B demand generation strategies—including content marketing, SEO/SEM, (limited) paid media, email marketing, pr, and b2b social media—with a strong focus on engagement and pipeline contribution.
Deliver multi-channel “integrated” campaigns that drive qualified leads (MQLs & SQLs) and increase conversion rates.
Analyze marketing performance data and optimize campaigns based on insights, KPIs, and ROI metrics.
From impressions to pipeline, you track the full funnel and use data to improve every step of the buyer journey
Leadership & Strategy
Partner with executive leadership on annual marketing planning, go-to-market strategies, and messaging.
Lead and mentor a team of internal and external marketing professionals (including contractors, writers, and designers).
Manage the marketing budget, prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable growth.
Thought Leadership & Content Marketing
Develop and oversee a consistent pipeline of thought-leadership content, including blog posts, LinkedIn articles, contributed PR columns, client success stories, and whitepapers.
Write and manage high-impact landing pages, campaign content, and SEO-rich website copy to support awareness and lead generation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and client teams (case studies) to elevate our brand as a trusted voice in healthcare and SaaS innovation.
Sales Alignment & Enablement
Collaborate closely with Sales and Sales Operations to align on target accounts, messaging, and MQL handoff.
Develop sales enablement materials such as case studies, one-pagers, client presentations, and competitive content.
Product Marketing
Own and evolve the product launches and narrative for healthcare and HR audiences.
Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to create product positioning, messaging, collateral, and content.
Translate technical product features into client-facing value propositions and benefits.
Develop strategic partner marketing opportunities and co-brand launches where applicable.
Client & Partner Marketing
Work closely with Account Managers and CS teams to build marketing materials for customer retention, upselling, and value-add - webinars, newsletters, case studies, surveys, and reviews.
Develop partner co-branded marketing materials where applicable.
Events & Industry Presence
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of industry tradeshows, virtual events, and webinars—managing everything from booth design and staff coordination to post-event reporting and ROI analysis.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including healthcare or health tech.
Deep experience leading and implementing demand generation, account-based marketing, and digital campaigns that drive pipeline.
Proven ability to craft thought-leadership content that drives awareness and credibility, including blogs, articles, contributed columns, case studies, and landing pages.
Strong content marketing skills, with excellent writing, editing, and brand storytelling abilities.
Proficient in marketing automation platforms, AI tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.
Bonus - if you are efficient with Website Platform WIX and CRM – Zoho.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media strategy.
Strong data and analytics experience - you live in the numbers, using performance metrics to guide strategy, maximize ROI, and scale what works.
Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams and freelancers.
Exceptional project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
