Systems Administrator

Dialog Health is an innovative mobile technology solutions platform.  We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, supporting, and troubleshooting our client’s production infrastructure. You will ensure compliance with SOC2 and HIPAA regulations by performing regular tasks, including patching infrastructure and reviewing system alerts. You will also collaborate with their engineering team on optimizing solutions built with Docker/Kubernetes.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, create, support, and troubleshoot production infrastructure

  • Ensure compliance with SOC2 and HIPAA by performing regular tasks, including patching infrastructure and reviewing system alerts

  • Identify and fix infrastructure bugs or bottleneck issues

  • Work collaboratively with engineering team on optimizing solutions built with Docker/Kubernetes

  • Setup and maintain local workstations and network infrastructure

  • Investigate and analyze logs to help the Engineering team with bug fixes and troubleshooting of different types of integrations (HL7, CSV, API)


Qualifications

  • Strong background in Linux and Kubernetes administration

  • Experience with automation/configuration management tools (Maven, Ansible)

  • Knowledge of best practices in an always-up, always-available service

  • A working understanding of writing code

  • A willingness to learn new technologies and collaborate with the team on getting the tech stack up to date

  • The ability to take initiative and work independently

  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Strong attention to detail

  • The ability to be flexible and flourish in a fast-paced atmosphere while remaining focused, working productively, and successfully juggling many tasks

  • Kubernetes and Docker experience

  • Experience in maintaining infrastructure that must be PCI DSS and HIPAA compliant (preferred)

  • Proven experience managing MariaDB, RabbitMQ (preferred)

Sales Team Manager - SaaS  (Account Manager)

Dialog Health is an innovative mobile technology solutions platform.  We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager. In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and improving established sales processes. Experience setting sales targets and hitting or exceeding revenue growth goals, motivating sales reps, generating leads and building client relationships.  A customer-centric and providing a great service attitude is a must have. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Director of Sales to manage top customers

  • Responsible for up-selling current customers

  • Create plans and execute strategies for expanding business within top accounts

  • Turn new enterprise opportunities into expansion opportunities

  • Manage some of the companies top mid market corporate accounts

  • Focus on both renewals and expansion business within some of the largest customers

  • Build long term relationships with key clients, and add value through their life cycle

  • Run client calls, demonstrations and see through business to close

  • Lead and manage the sales team

  • Uncover opportunities for expansion within key accounts

  • Keep consistent and clear communication with clients

  • Regularly review their goals and how our company is helping to achieve them

Dialog Health is an innovative mobile technology solutions platform.  We are currently seeking an Implementation Specialist.  In this role you will be responsible for helping customers with their installation, configuration and training on the Dialog Health software. You must be customer-centric and excited to provide a great service.

Job Responsibilities​

  • Fully learn and understand company software

  • Assist internal team with client onboarding

  • Support all new customers to ensure smooth implementation rollouts

  • Handle client life cycle from onboarding through the renewal process

  • Check in with clients to ensure their needs are met

  • Troubleshoot issues and come up with timely solutions

  • Ensure adoption, growth opportunities, and client retention

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of implementation experience, SaaS experience preferred

Digital Marketing Manager

Jr. Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Jr. Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute B2B digital marketing initiatives for their mobile communications technology in the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Execute B2B digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, paid acquisition, email campaigns, and social media

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure all campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints

  • Manage the brand and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels

  • Work with the Sales Op Team to outline client content for marketing and reporting opportunities from Case Studies to new client reports to DH Presentations

Dialog Health is an innovative mobile technology solutions platform.  We are currently seeking a Customer Success Associate to provide technical support for our clients.  This role will be critical in providing day-to-day support, training and product implementation.  It’s important that we find a strong communicator who is able to convey personality and helpfulness. Our ideal candidate is also a keen problem solver on the lookout to expand our product solutions where they may exist for our clients. 
 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor and manage customer support inquiries.  Using critical thinking to prioritize and escalate cases appropriately

  • Proactively monitor and maintain customer activity including exporting and reporting

  • Maintain customer service logs and analyze data for recurring issues, opportunities, and optimization and regularly communicate to team for continued to innovate platform

  • Implement and train customers on Dialog Health’s platform

  • Work with our clients to measure ROI and when appropriate create case studies

  • Develop strong training strategy to ensure strong results of platform

  • Measure productivity, customer satisfaction and service levels

Account Manager

 

 Responsibilities include: ​​

  • Responsibilities include identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and closing upsells and 2nd sales deals. 

  • Implement a Large Account Management sales process

  • Manage your sales pipeline in the CRM

  • 50% revenue growth within existing accounts

  • Work directly with the Director of Sales to manage top customers

  • Responsible for protecting revenue, driving utilization of product, and identifying additional selling opportunities

  • Serves as main point of contact for their dedicated customers
