The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has published new rules targeting scam text messaging, which is great news for medical practices using or considering whether to add texting as a communication channel.
In a new Physicians Practice column, Dialog Health Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer Sean Roy explains the FCC's rules and why it's a welcome development for healthcare practices.
